No concept of customer service

I think even 1 star is being too generous for these people. If you are a property owner, do yourself a huge favor and RUN from this company! I don't know who in their right mind thinks you can operate a business like they do. I called to inquire about applying for an extra parking spot. The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. He cut me off before I was even finished talking & told me I had to wait at least a year. Fine, no problem there except for the fact that he could not have been anymore condescending (as if I was supposed to know this) and gave me attitude as if I were bothering him. Excuse me, but you are here to provide a service. I also had the displeasure of speaking with Maria after I made two attempts to go in to the office (since you can never get anyone to help you over the phone) during their "normal business hours" to find the door locked and no one around. Maria was not apologetic at all, in fact she accused me of lying when she said "well that can't be b/c we are always here." I cannot state clearly enough how poorly managed this company is!
