people (owners) are very rude and sold me a used item when they said it was new - I found after opening things that showed that - when I confronted them - they said "sorry" but did nothing more - They especially the daughter are extremely rude.

good products not helpful
they are rude unless you are spending a lot of money and speak badley about other dealers and when you do want to look at a machine - they do not let you try it - they show you very few features unless they feel you are extremely serious about buying that day.
