AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

I recently purchased two bedroom suits, accent tables, and a decorative bench, the customer service was excellent. They met all my needs, answered my questions, the FREE DELIVERY was awesome! The delivery was right on time and the men set up everything for the bedding, even taking the old bedding down and removed to the location in my basement. THANKS HOWARDS! I'll be back!!

Howard's Furniture Co Inc has free delivery

But they're the only furniture store that I know of that has free delivery. So I guess you have to consider that. It's crucial for a senior citizen like myself. I just know how they're going to act and try to be extra nice, since that's important to me. They need it, I guess.

Bad Customer Service

I was visiting this store one day and parked in the wrong parking place and basically got chewed out by the manager/owner. This is a family owned business and I would think they would be a little more friendly. Maybe they didn't need my business that day.

Horrible experience in Howards Smyrna

The quality is terrible. I bought one leather sofa sets on Apr.11th. in Howards Furniture Smyrna,which costing me 1500 usd. not more than 2 weeks, I found quality problems. I went to see the sales . but I was told no swap for the product and "I myself am responsible for my purchase" meaning buying their low quality products is my fault. Then he just turned back and walked away.

Think about it, it is 1500 usd purchase.. ! very very frustrated for the experience in Howards Smyrna. They are not trustful company
