Very helpful and excellent experience!
I was in of replacing my 18 year old double oven and an even older dishwasher. I checked with Sears and Best Buy first, but found that the sales people didn't have much of an idea as to what would work in my space. I found Howard Payne through a neighbor's recommendation and was so happy I did! Jon Payne came out to my house to measure my existing appliances (at no charge) and found perfect replacements for my old oven and dishwasher. The installers, Tim and Kevin, were first class and did an excellent job. I could not be happier with my experience with Howard Payne!

Terrific Experience!
I have been absolutely thrilled with Howard Payne Company from the initial showroom meeting with Jeff to the installation of our new appliances by Tim and Lee! They are a wonderful family owned company- easy to deal with. They responded promptly to get our new oven, dishwasher, and cooktop installed. An overall terrific experience!

Great Service and Price - Highly Recommended!
Where I lived, most of our neighbors and friends buy their appliance from nearby high end appliance center. I went to the showroom and unfortunately the salesperson I got was not very experience.
I was in need of a dishwasher. I went on line to search the Bosch dishwasher and settled on my choice. I called Howard Payne out of curiosity. I was attended by Linda who has worked in the appliance industry for a longtime. From talking with her, I know she knows her product knowledge very well. Her price quote was the best and instead of trying to sell me a more expensive product ( which I was my first choice), she suggested that I go with something cheaper as the product difference is not very much. She took the time to educate the difference and I went with her advise to go with a cheaper product.
The delivered right the next day and the delivery guy came when he said he will. He was very courteous. I had some questions regarding the dishwasher and called the company. Linda offered t

Family owned and so helpful!!
We were so thrilled with our decision to use this business to get our appliances last year! They are family owned and made our entire process so easy. If we ever had any questions, they were always so helpful and able to answer our questions.
Not sure why the other reviewer had a poor review... surely there is another side to their story...
Overall, we HIGHLY recommend Howard Payne appliances!!

Service in the eye of the beholder?
When building our home, we chose this retailer based on a recommendation from my sister. It became obvious that we were more knowledgeable about the product features; we had already visited the distributor's showroom and just had a few questions.
They were good about holding our appliances until we were ready for them and facilitated the application for the rebate.
The installation was a nightmare! We contacted them for a referral for an installer. When the guy showed up alone and then did shoddy work, I called the sales rep back. He commented that I shouldn't have used that guy and should have spoken to him; I had in fact asked for him, but he was unavailable and the receptionist provided the info in his absence. Regardless, they made no apologies or accepted any responsibility.
I was thoroughly disappointed overall with the lack of follow up. Despite spending $20,000 on appliances with them, they never communicated any gratitude for our business. We had been p
