Is spotless everything is or looks brand new yes there are many different lifestyles here but this is America and there our lots of apts so you expect variety esp. in California...Believe me I have lived all over and yes these are your standard apts they are kept very nice and the lanscaping is beautiful..I had a maintenance call and I was shocked 15 minutes later the man was at my door and it was fixed...so anyway I am from the south and I am very happy with this complex..they made me feel at home ....

I had a maintenance call and I was shocked how fast the man showed up at my front door less then 20 minutes later. This is a great place to live.

I love living in these apartments they have such beautiful scenery and they are a comfortable setting to live in too. It doesn't feel like I live in an apartment it actually feels like a home and that's something that is important to me.

This is a pretty decent place to live
The apartment complex is on the older side of things, but they have done their best to maintain it. When I moved into my apartment in 2006, the cabinets, fixtures and carpets were new. The building itself was old, but the furnishings were newer and of average quality. I have never had a problem having maintenance done, I have always submitted the work request online. The landlord and super are cordial and I personally haven't had any run-ins as a current resident. I have a one bedroom apartment which is not large or remarkable, but is cozy and suffices for my needs. The thing that really makes this complex stand out is that the rent is on the lower side and it allows pets. It's across the street from the park and is very pet friendly. If you're comfortable with non-luxury furnishings, this is a pretty decent place to live.
