Have some cool options for new construction
My mom has their service in California where she had tubes built into the walls and the pest guy just adds the treatment through an opening to the outside. She doesn't have to be home and he never has to come in. I love that. I will get that with my next home. Anyhow, I had their regular pest control service here in GA and they were decent. I didn't really see any live bugs which is good since I live near the woods. The guy that came out looks like this would be his job. He wasn't very friendly or social & rarely smiled. I ended up switching to Orkin.
