I can't say enough about Homecraft, Rick, the owner, their customer service, and the quality of work they do!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone, and have done so many times. They have done work on several of my neighbor's homes, as well as the homes of family and friends, and everyone is more than satisfied!

Homecraft has done work for me several times over the years.They are reasonably priced, and they do the job right! (And I'm very picky!) Most importantly to me is that they don't just do the job and disappear. Any questions or concerns get an immediate callback from Rick, the owner, who spent a great deal of time with us before and during the renovation process. The most recent job Homecraft did for us was a complete overhaul of the exterior of our home, complete with building multiple peaks, replacing doors, windows and skylights, adhering stonework to the facade, as well as roofing, siding and gutters. The project was extensive and took several weeks. At one point my roof was completely tarped and we had a horrible wind and rain storm. Not a drop of rain came in, and Rick actually called us on Thanksgiving Day to check that everything was OK. Homecraft's teams of workers were all professional, courteous and CLEAN and we were completely comfortable having them around. My home looks beautiful, and people literally stop their cars as they pass and give us compliments! A woman who lives a couple of blocks away actually rang our doorbell to get the name of our contractor because she was so impressed. Homecraft has since done the front of her home. Do not hesitate to call Rick and Homecraft to do your home improvement project!

Great Job

It is always a good idea to deal with reputable contractors. I dealt with the owner directly, and had the job done quickly and in an expert manner, and reasonably priced. No problems whatsoever and highly recommend. This contractor is not the fly-by-night who does not return calls.

My husband and I gave him $100 deposit, work was never done, a couple months later he sent us a letter of collections for the work he never did. Watch out.

Excellent Experience

I had the most pleasant experience with this company. The owner Rick came and discussed everything with my husband and I. He was there thoughout the whole process making sure we were happy. His crew were very respectful and cleaned up everyday. I would recommend to everyone to give them a call.

Big job gone great

I just hired Homecraft Exteriors for new windows, vinal siding, new roof and sky lites a very big job. Rick the owner was a man of his word. Rick met with my wife and I several times to pick colors and changes, he was great. When we spoke to Rick we felt very comfortable giving him the job, by talking to him we could tell he was very knowledgeable as contractor. I'm a very picky person who does alot of small carpentry jobs around the house and My wife and I are very happy with the job. Homecraft employees were respectful , they cleaned up every day after they were done. My home came out so good that Rick got 4 of my neighbors for siding , roofing and thats only the ones I know about.. Vito West Babylon NY October 2007
