SalesPitch Doesn't Match their Service

My experience goes back about 4 to 5 years. Overall, is is a bad memory. The wife who owns this franchise pitches lots of things that give you a feeling of care from the office staff. The husband who is left running the business after the wife is done getting a contract signed is void of this heart. He pitched they could serve full time 24/ hr slots while the subservient staff employee got emotional trying to find us employees to fill a full time need. Complete unethical uncaring and miscommunications all along the way. One of the dominant staff members is without ediquette, and rude at times. They have no proper training in how to hire a decent employee, and it took us about 15 staff before we got one or two decent employees out of their ofice. Others left a gas stove running, or showed up looking like they just got out of bed smelling of cigarettes, showed up late, or flat out needed assistant living help themselves... many employees recommended by the office directly as long time employees were lazy and one showed up to play video games on the couch. The only thing I have to say is that I was irresposible in not cancelling service with them much sooner. I look back with regret. Maybe you will find this fair warning. Our overall health care choices for our precious parents is very challenging. May God Bless you in your endevors for your needs of your family.
