Secret Shoppers Review

I was looking for tile flooring "simple floors" thought they would sell tile; however not the case. I was very impressed with their store and the beautiful sample racks displayed in addition to the variety of solid and engineered hardwood floors, laminate flooring, cork flooring. I was "just looking" I will be back to purchase after I compare shop.

great experiance

We had such a great experiance wanted to share it with everyone. We were greeted by a smiling face and by someone that was very knowledgable. Product was delivered and installed on time and we truely love our floors. I am telling everyone that is looking for hardwood floors to go to Simple Floors before you buy elsewhere.

kudos to george salidas installer

i recently had approx 2000 sf of bamboo flooring installed and george was there from start to finish,i was in a time crunch and needed job done soon and quickly,george accomondated me and i couldn't be happier with the floors.i read some negative reviews about simple floors so was a bit apprehensive as well as some mislead information was given me but simple floors and george stood by what i was told and made for a very satisfied customer my fllors donot appear to be anything but fine quality.i will definitely recommend them in the future

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

the product s great but you better make sure you have all of your things before you leave the warehouse, who is CLOSED on the weekends (they dont tell you that when you place your order). I had to drive over 400 miles roundtrip to get this flooring only to find out uh oh they are closed on the weekends. Well nothing the can do you just have to come back on monday, although the website doesnt say the warehouse is closed on the weekend. well I went back on monday and guess what, they give me a piece of Tmodling I paid $25 to ship, but guess what they give me a 3 ft. piece not the 20 ft. i ordered and never offered to refund my money. well a week later floorinig goes in perfect but thats NOT ENOUGH TMOLD of course. well here i am 3 weeks past flooring installed still waiting on TMOLD! please dont order through this company unless you go to the warehouse, pick up your flooring during th eweek, and make sure you measure everything before you leave because with them the customer is never right.

Simple floors fails

Simple Floors are suppose to be a company of high standards......hahaha

When a company tries to sell flooring that is worped, water damaged is this considered high standard. I went into the store in Buford GA and this is what happened to me.

They attempted to sell me bamboo flooring that had been damaged. Did they share this fact.....NO

Do I trust any company that tries to sell something to the customer that is not what it is suppose to be just so they can make a dime......NONONONONONONO

They are opening up stores in other areas of Georgia.......Georgians be ware...........
