Friendly and vey helpful
My daughter's pediatrician does her medical practice at Palo Alto Medical Foundation. I have been impressed by their friendly attitude and convinient working hours. My daughter was sick on Thanksgiving day last year but we did not have to spend whole day in ER. We called to Palo Alto Medical Foundation and could make an appointment with the doctor in a few hours. They provide warm environment for patient along with high quality medical service.

Great doctors and facility
The facility is great here, and the doctors are excellent. THe pediatricans are all very good , expecially Dr.Dehovitz. There is a great indoor and outdoor kids play area. Also, there is a minimal wait time---much shorter then most pediatricans I have been to in the past. I haven't tried the other doctors there yet (ob's or specialists), but I expect them all to be very good aswell.

Pediatrics
Easy to get appointments. I see Dr Barone. She is young and very good. Does not unnecessarily give medications. Waiting time is short and parking is easy.

Progressive System
I recently experienced a foot infection. My PCP was booked for the day and PAMF assisted in getting me in to see another Dr. the same day. I was quite surprised that I could make a same day appt and they squeezed me in without disrupting the wait time for patients with appts. I was sent to the blood lab for bloodwork and was surprised to be out of there within 15 minutes. I had to then wait for a Podiatrist, but considering that I was squeezed in, they were very responsive. The follow up was excellent and I received good care.

I have been going to PAMF for 15 years and not once have I had a bad experience. From the receptionists and nurses to the doctors I have had the best care.

all inclusive and great doctors. service has improved dramatically from 13 +years ago when I was left waiting for the pediatrician for 45 min and missed my own appointment with the OB/GYN. convenient w/ satellite office in los altos.

Outstanding Health Care!
Affiliated with Stanford University, PAMF (as it is affectionately termed) has world class doctors that stay ont op of ne.w technology and procedures. The facility is clean and bright, it seems like everyone enjoys working there. our family have been patients for 15 years and have not had a bad experience

I've been going to PAMF for about 7 years. The facilities are beautiful and I've found all of the staff to be top notch. They have great on-line facilities including test results.

Nice doctors and staff
I develped some allergy problem recently and was looking for a place that would accept new patients. My PCP had retired so I was without a physician at that time. Then I happened to get an apppoinment with a doctor at Palo alto medical and really liked the staff and the hospital.
