Cute, personable, clean!

There's nothing like being the only customer being worked on in a fully staffed nail salon. This was my first time going to the salon, and by far, was amazing. Once the girls found out it was my first time, they were extra gentle and told me what they were doing, and explained to me what was going on and how to keep my mani/ pedi intact for a long time to come. Great for a first timer, and I know that they appreciate repeat business, as they greated one woman who walked in after me with, Hello! Long time, no see!

Worst Service!

Can this place be ever more insulting! I went to get an eyebrow waxing and the lady said "you should get a manicure and pedicure too you need it" and I stated how I do not have much time and that i'll come back later in the day for it.
I was escorted to the back waxing room where another lady said to me "do you want an upper lip wax too" and i said "NO" and she said "you need it" umm...i do not need an upper lip wax, never needed it in my 28 years why would things be any different now? I even stared at my upper lips in the mirror to find any hair, any but there is none and my boyfriend and friends all agree.
she asked me where I live and when I said beacon hill she said that I do not look like I am from "beacon hill" sorry my $200 ripped jeans and $80 shirt that i wore on a saturday to run errands does not give you the impression that I am from the hill.

i did went to get my mani/pedi at a salon in beacon hill and recieved nothing but great service as expected.

I left without tipping. this place is horrible. thanks for making one feel uncomfortable.

Gets really busy..But totally still love it.

This place gets really crowded on the weekends so its best if you go during the week. they do paint jobs good i loved my pedicure! and the designs there are awesome. they also do wonderful french pedi's and mani's. the price is also reasonable not too expensive.
