I went to Hollywood Nails & Spa to check it out, when i got there the front desk lady was terribly rude to me. The job was halfassed. I had to go home and repaint my nails MYSELF. \r

Treated like royalty...
This is the spot for getting pampered. I love the decor. Purple lights in the ceiling and gorgeous scenary. This is a 2 story nail salon and the workers are very good. I noticed that as soon as someone vacated a chair the area was thoroughly sanitized. I have been there 3 times now for the mani and pedi treatment. The prices are a little higher but only by a couple of dollars. Love it!

Hollywood Nails & Spa is a great place to go for pampering either for a special occasion or just because you need to relax and be pampered. The decor is really cool. The prices are competitive. The employees are very nice and friendly.

DON'T GO HERE
I'M WRITING IN CAPS FOR EVERYONE TO READ. I WENT FOR THE FIRST TIME TODAY AND I HATED THE EXPERIENCE. I WAS APPEALED BY THE DECOR BUT IN THE END, IT'S SERVICE THAT MAKES YOU WANT TO COME BACK. MY FRIENDS AND I DIDN'T MENTION TO THEM THAT WE'RE VIETNAMESE. WE'RE 21 AND I GUESS THEY ASSUMED THAT WE'RE "KIDS" AND THAT WE WEREN'T VIETNAMESE. LONG STORY SHORT, THEY WERE TALKING IN VIETNAMESE ABOUT US THE WHOLE CONVERSATION WITH EACH OTHER. MY FRIEND AND I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING. THEY'RE RUDE AND THEY JUDGE YOU BY THE WAY YOU LOOK. WE WAITED 20 MIN TO GET OUR MANICURES AND WE ASKED THE NAIL TECHNICIAN IF WE COULD HAVE A TECHNICIAN TO DO OUR NAILS AND SHE TOLD US TO GO LOOK FOR THE RECEPTIONIST TO ASK FOR SERVICE. I THOUGHT IT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T BOTHER TO HELP US. THE LADIES THAT DID OUR NAILS DIDN'T EVEN GIVE US A COMPLETE HAND MASSAGE BECAUSE THEY SAID IN VIET THAT WE'RE "YOUNG" AND THAT "WE DON'T KNOW BETTER ANYWAY". THEY REALLY HALF ASSED THE JOB. MY PAINTING JOB IS REALLY LAZY. I WANTED A BLACK AND GOLD FRENCH MANICURE AND SHE PAINTED MY WHOLE NAILS BLACK AND WENT OVER THE TIPS WITH A FAINT GOLD. IT LOOKS BAD AND MY NAILS REALLY LOOK BLACK WITH BROWN TIPS. ON TOP OF THAT SHE SAID IN VIET THAT THE DESIGN I CHOSE IS UGLY. THE LADY WORKING NEXT TO HER REPLIED, "YOU THINK YOUR GIRL IS BAD? MY GIRL IS WORSE, SHE HAS A BUNCH OF COLORS HERE AND DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL SHE WANTS." THEY CONTINUED TALKING TRASH ABOUT US. I WORK IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY AND I TIP WELL EVERYTIME I GO SOMEWHERE. BUT I DIDN'T TIP MY TECHNICIAN BECAUSE I LEFT VERY DISAPPOINTED.
