honestly i expected more. It says BYOB outside but they force you to order two servings each if you bring in alcohol. We asked for a glass of water and they charged us $2/bottle of water. The food was really so so ...and in the end dinner...

My Mom and I had a great experience. Hidalgo is now located in Clifton Heights, on Baltimore Pike.
