The Health Center at Standifer Place

The Health Center at Standifer Place (HCSP) is located on a beautiful forty-four acre campus near Hamilton Place Mall in scenic Chattanooga, Tennessee. On our property are skilled nursing facilities, an assisted living facility, and an independent living facility. We also offer adult day care services at our assisted living facility and assistive home services in the community.

Residents have convenient access to services on the journey from short-term care to long-term care, all on one campus. Services include Alzheimer’s and memory care in a secured environment, on-site professional medical services, fall and wound prevention programs, therapeutic recreation, and respiratory therapy. The rehabilitation department provides physical, occupational and speech therapy.

A multi-tiered staff of professionals provides comprehensive medical care. Licensed physicians and nurse practitioners are available on a full-time basis. Registered nurses, assisted by LPN’s and CNA’s are scheduled twenty-four hours a day seven days a week. We have a dietary department that will customize nutrition plans to aid in the recovery of specific health issues.
