I called on twice, both times the CSRs were very rude and unprofessional. Firstly, they do not identify the company nor name when calling.. so you don't know who you are calling. Secondly, they ask for personal information (SSN) right away, again before identifying who they are and why they called you in the first place. When questioned as who they are, they both got attitudes. Is this really the best service they can provide for the hospitals that employ them? I am so turned off and will advise the hospital directly of the service provided by HCA PAS Tampa.
