Good for the restaurant niche it fills
I really don't know what some people expect when they eat out. If you want a 5 star dining experience, then be prepared to pay 5 star prices and go someplace else because Harbor Inn isn't for you. This restaurant is in the same vein as...

This place deserves to be on Kitchen Nightmares! The waiter was very friendly but openly showed his distaste for his own employer which was a nice welcome of honesty for a change. They don't have marinara sauce for shrimp nor any rice...
