Very Professional

I Just had the pleasure of dealing with Hackensack Roofing they did a great job on my roof and siding i have read negitive things about them but i decided to try them out and i am glad i did the girl who answers the phone is very kind and very helpful great customer service. I will recommened this company to everyone i know.

THE WORST ROOFING COMPANY AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

This company should be ashamed and embaressed to call themselves a roofing company!!!! "Best in Roofing" What a joke!! My mom had them put a brand new roof on and has leaked since. She called them several times and asked to meet with a rep to show them the water damage inside her kitchen and bedroom. Blew her off and then sent workers there while she was at work to "fix" the problem. She did not authorize the work to be done. They then had the nerve to send her an $800 bill on top of the thousands she spent for a NEW roof!!! The leak is now so bad that w/ the past storm her bed was soaked in her room!! No one should have to live like this!! We reported the issue to the homeowners insurance and and they will be going after Hackensack Roofing!!! Roof has already been inspected and the work is shotty!!! When confronted we were told on the phone that "my mom was liar and that he would come tell her that to her face!! SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! Please please do not ever us these people!!!

Great Company

I really do not understand why everyone has written a bad review on this Company they must be very difficult customers to deal with. I had great customer service and a great experience with this company they are very professional and do great work. I will be recommending this company to everyone.

UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE

DO NOT CALL these people! MR. RUDE came to my house this am; I need an estimate and then repairs, as my home was damaged in Mar. from the storms. I've had a number of contractors and roofers here--trying to deal with insurance, etc. When he arrived and I asked for the estimate, he promptly told me that Hackensack Roofing has NO TIME for this kind of work; if I couldn't pay for the work up-front, they weren't interested in doing the job and why did I call him and make him waste his time!? They weren't going to take a job and deal with my insurance because they don't need that kind of hassle. He literally said "I'm not going to deal with the BS of insurance--what, so they can call and hassle me and I have to waste time answering 6000 questions?" They apparently have all the work they can handle, so do them and yourself a favor and don't give them any more work. He said some other nasty things, but I'll leave that to your imaginations.

Rude and arrogant, just calling them!

I called to make an appointment. I have a 100 yr. old house, with a stone chimney. My roof leaks around the chimney. Nobody that I've called seems to have dealt with this type of roof/chimney before. A local builder that just completed an addition for me, suggested I call Hackensack Roofing. After putting me on and off hold, she only wanted my address. She said that someone would be by, and that she couldn't make an appointment for me to meet with someone since they were too busy.

I called my local builder who recommended them, and told him of the experience. I doubt Hackensack roofing will be receiving any more referrals from him!

AVOID Wish could give -5 stars!

We live in a rental, they come in numerous times to fix - roof started to leak in more after visits. Met the guy (the fixed) once - arrogant SOB!!

ok roofing

This is an ok roofing company. But they aren't very reasonable in price than some others in the area. We used them to repair our roof and probably could've found better.

Terrible Customer Service

The roofing replacement quote we requested was not voluntarily given by estimator since he assumed we wouldn't be able to afford it. We are not contracting the services of this company nor recommending them to anyone else.
