Best Personal Trainer

I did quite a few interviews with trainers before choosing Rick and it has turned out to not only meet my expectation but exceed them. Not only do you get a great work out, but the knowledge on how to tone and change your body in addition to the nutrition advise is great. In addition to being about the outside of the body he takes time to get to know you. In doing this helping keep you accountable and help the routine fit your life style with the goal of not only looking good but feeling good. Being realistic with training the right way, the knowledge I have learned about muscle, body mass, toning, nutrition I know I could not have gotten with the other trainers I interviewed. Definitely the right decision.

Rick is an awesome personal trainer! He completely changed my body... I used to hate working out but he made it so much fun and he changed it up and kept it interesting! He changed my entire view on myself, he gave me confidence and everyone noticed a difference in my body and attitude. Training with him was the best thing I ever did for myself!!

If you want to do it right, this is the place to go. Rick is very focused on helping you achieve the results you desire. As an elite athlete in a sport that requires strength as well as a lean body image, I needed someone who was going to work with me towards my goals. It's a well thought out program for people of any ability and I would highly recommend this to anyone in need of a great program.
