Great Service

Professional, courteous and dependable. I always us them to get to the airport and have never been stranded. Obviously these other bad reviews are bogus. Check them out, they are the best around.

So bad it just isn't funny.

This company should be reviewed by the authorities. I have seen and been victim of so many misdeeds by the drivers of this company. I also have not been able to gain any satisfaction from the management to resolve the outstanding issues. I am a good customer, all be it short rides. The drivers argue every time I ask for the senior discount and they get very upset with me for asking. I am sorry that I am not a forty dollar job, but I do use your service every day and deserve to be treated much better than I am getting. Please improve this service, it is vital to the seniors in Somerville. UPDATE---The last two taxi's I have taken were with wonderful young men that were helpful and pleasant. I hope this is the new norm.

Poor dispatch customer service

I called an hour in advance to request a cab. My husband, baby and I and all of our extensive amounts of luggage needed to get to the airport. I accidentally first called the business line, and they were extremely polite and referred me to the dispatch line. The women with whom I spoke on the dispatch was extremely rude when I requested a mini van or station wagon cab. She was argumentative and then finally told me that they didn't have any of that kind of car available, and that everything I had would fit in a regular cab. When I told her I didn't think that was true, she got even uglier and told me to call another cab company. So I did, and had a perfectly pleasant experience.

I wouldn't recommend calling them except as a last resort. Who wants to argue over something as simple as calling for a cab?

Left me Stranded again

I'm all done with this company. Four times I had reservations and was left calling trying to go on a business trip. Cars are awfull, no one can talk to you, they chat on the cell phone while driving...
