Gold's Gym in Pittsburgh is one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. First of all, I was tricked into a membership by the meat head general manager who was extremely unprofessional. He never told me the details of the agreement and I was under the impression that it was a one month agreement from what he had told me about the agreement. I tried to cancel but they told me it could not be done and refused. The payment is taken out automatically from your bank account. I was also severely burned in one of the tanning beds after a couple minutes because the power to the bed was fluxuating horribly. I wanted to make a manager aware of the issue so others didn't get scorched until they had solved the problem and he didn't care and said to talk to the General Manager. When I spoke to the general manager over the phone he told me that he couldn't do anything because I was just complaining to try and get out of a contract and he mocked me by repeating what I had said in a higher voic
