Very disappointing!!!!
Very disappointing!! They work you really hard to get you in there on a 2 year contract with many promises and once you are in they treat you like you don't exist and they are actually rude if you request what they had promised. The group exercise schedule sucks and the person in charge doesn't even go there personally to watch the classes and see what's going on. This is a service based business and their main focus should be the service they provide their members, specially the ones already there!! I have lived in many places and this is the first time I belong to a gym where the members are treated this way. Maybe they should rethink their focus, a bad economy and bad service is not a good combination.
