Ridiculous Real Estate Agency
Golden Pacific Real Estate will screw you over. They Advertise homes for rent at what seems a great deal but then raise the rent per adult living in the house even if married. Hope there is nothing wrong with the house when you move in or that nothing breaks while you are living there, because they wont do a dame thing about it. And then when you have had enough and move out, don't rely on getting your deposit back because not only will they take their time getting i to you but they deduct things out of it that most agency's would call NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR.
