Rude Employees

I don't know who owns this place, but whoever does needs to look at whos working for them. This one man, always has a hat on, is beyond rude. One time we ordered, they forgot tartar and coleslaw, i called, he told me i was a liar and if i don't like it i shouldn't order again. THANKS! The delivery drivers just care about dropping the food off any running back, no customer service. no smile. one time my total was 23.45 and i gave him 30, he turned around to leave so fast i couldn't ask for change, i was going to give him 5 bucks, i just wanted a buck back, so i called and spoke with "Angela" and she told me her drivers would never do that, and i need to check my count again, pppfff rude! If you want good food, golden chicken is always good, if you want good service, DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Great Restaurant.w/wonderful service & Awesome food

I get delivery from here quite often and I have ALWAYS been satisfied and delighted with the food.

The service I have never thought long about because it always personable, friendly and even when they are busy they never try to "rush" me.

Fast delivery...and I always request extra crisp fries...They have never missed the beat of accomodating me with that...even at the busiest times for them.

One time I went in for take out....i was weighed down by many, many shopping bags and waiting for a ride. My icecream cone was good and my food was finished way before my ride arrived. They immediately offered to put it in an oven to stay warm. Then I got home it was still fresh and very good.

I don't know what their secret recipe is for their slaw and their awesome coating for the fried chicken...but there is none better.

Last week I ordered from JoJo's to check them out...The ribs were GREAT, the chicken underdone and the fries were not as I always request....done extra crispy, they were hardly even unfrozen. I had to go back to the best chicken in Milw....Golden Chicken on 13th right by Oklahoma.

I HIGHTLY RECOMMEND THIS GOLDEN CHICKEN...IT IS A GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD RESTAURANT...
