DISGUESTED RENTER

THERE HAS BEEN ANIMAL EXCRETION BEHIND THE FRONT DOOR FOR OVER A WEEK AND THEY HAVE CLEANED AROUND IT BUT HAS NOT BOTHERED TO CLEAN IT UP. I CALLED THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE AND ONLY GOT TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL FOR THE PERSON WHOIS SUPPOSE TO BE HANDLING THIS PROPERTY. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A RETURN CALL.

THIS IS DISGUSTING. THE PROPERTY SEEMS TO BE HEADING DOWNHILL AS COMPARED TO WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN A YEAR AND A HALF AGO. THE SUPERS BUILDING LOOKS GREAT IN THE HALLWAY WITH NEW BLINDS IN THE WINDOW AND PROPER PADDING ON THE STAIRS AND WELL KEPT.

THIS BUILDING NEEDS NEW BLINDS, THE PADDING ON THE STAIRS NEEDS REPLACING, AND NEEDS TO BE PROPERLY KEPT LIKE THE OTHER BUILDING.

THERE'S NOT A BUNCH OF KIDS IN THIS BUILDING SO YOU CAN'T SAY THEY'RE TEARING THE PLACE UP. IT'S THE SUPER AND MANAGEMENTS NEGLECT OF THE BUILDING.

Do Not Rent Here

I strongly recommend that no one rents with this property. They are some of the rudest people I have ever experienced doing business with. The apartments and grounds are never cleaned. A heating pipe exploded under my apartment and it was never fixed and I was forced to move into another property where I was discriminated against by a tenant who lived in her apartment for 20 years. Even though my rent was current I was forced to move out from complaint after complaint because of my lifestyle. There is no soundproofing and the property is filled with nosey people who stay home all day and get off to listening to other peoples business. Living in this property was one of the worse times of my life. The damage that was done to my property when a heating pipe exploded was terrible. I lost a lot of writing and art work that money and time can never replace. The mental stress that I dealt with from being discriminated against simply because I am a gay man was terrible and it still lives with me till this day. I strongly recommend that no one with a heart or a mind rents from them. The damage that you will experience is not worth the cheap rent. People in their offices are rude and they do not call unless they want to put you out of the property. There are people living in basements and crawl spaces people with 10 folks living in a studio and that is allowed but a gay man that works everyday and pays his rent on time is forced to be evicted on bogus terms. Be forewarned.

do not rent from this place

I strongly recommend not renting from this place for a few reasons no matter how much you complain in writing or by calling you will not get results whether it's on neighbors or for repairs nor a call back from anyone in that office.The grounds are supposed to be clean on a daily basis they are filthy are not cleaned unless someone from the office is traveling from North Jersey is coming to check work on a project that was asked to be done.Your overcharged for a place where if you go in the bathroom you can hear every single one of your neighbors so it's good for the nosy people out there and it's not sound proof anywhere in your apartment so basically it's good for people who love noise.The cops are here almost every other weekend this past weekend they were here Saturday and Sunday for disturbances.The maintenance staff here is some of the worst i have ever seen they do absolutely nothing at all and are barely here half the time anyway.You have people who live here moving in whoever they want there was a time they had people living in the crawl spaces downstairs and in the laundry rooms.People breaking all the doors to the storages breaking in other tenants houses and cars we should know one of them tried breaking in our car that's why we can't even park on our own property.You have kids running in the hallways and tenants just as bad letting their kids act like the apartments are playgrounds.So all in all i strongly suggest renting elsewhere.
