Beware
I went to have my hair blown out (I have naturally very curly hair). They did a great job--too good. There was chemical straightener left on the flat iron and they *permenantly* straighted much of my hair. (That's what the hair dresser I went to to fix my hair told me most likely happened.) Now I have ridiculous looking straight strands mixed in with my curls. When I told the manager about it, she wasn't the least bit concerned, did not offer a refund, did not offer to fix it, and did not even ask me to come in so she could see it. I DEFINITELY would not recommend going here.

Absolutely horrible experience. I should have known since the place was empty when I got there. They are extremely over priced, gave me a faulty eyelash extension job and when I did what they told me to remedy it I lost 75% of my lashes. When I called about this - all I wanted was a refund for the faulty job, they were extremely arrogant and offered no money back. Save yourself the traumatic experience I had and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They are horrible people and have no regard for their clients whatsoever.

I go to Gloria cabrera Salon and Spa, Norma my hairdresser is excellent and the staff are very nice and very helpful. They treat me like a queen!

I have been a client of Gloria Cabrera Salon & Spa for a decade! I've been to so many spas all over the country, but I always feel at home at Gloria's as they treat you like the best client always! You're not just a number, - pick your robe and then done!.... And the best thing is that her clients have developed a camaraderie with each other! Gloria Cabrera is in the business for so long because she cares for her clients!!! I always feel so good after my visit at Gloria Cabrera Salon & Spa! The Staff are professional, friendly and they make sure you're treated like Royalty!!!!

Worst experience ever
The WORST! They ruined my hair--I went for a blow out and they had straightening chemicals on the flat iron that permently straightened my curls. When I went back to them, they could care less. I've never experienced such terrible customer service. They wouldn't even look at my hair, and blamed me for not coming in sooner (how would I know until I washed it that the curls would not return?) It's taken 2 years to grow out.
