Great deals, easy to work with
I called global after being referred by a close friend and it was the greatest decision I ever made! Super friendly and nice assistants, sales team is direct, straight to the point, don't beat around the bush. They give the rock bottom price right away! I am surely a global customer for life! Getting my 2nd BMW from them now and definitely recommending them to a,l of my friends and family.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!
JOAN IS THE WORST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I HAVE EVER TALKED TO IN MY LIFE. SHE IS SO RUDE AND DOESN'T UNDERSTAND A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY TONE. THE ASSOCIATES ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND IN THE SOCIETY WE LIVE IN TODAY WITH THE ECONOMY AS BAD AS IT IS WHO WANTS TO DEAL WITH A BAD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE!
