Women, are you tired of feeling like all you do is give in relationships and you don't get anything in return? Men, are you tired of being labeled controlling and told 'you just don't get it'? For over thirty years I have been helping individuals and couples who are struggling with these issues find a way to make their relationships and overall lives more satisfying.
When relationships develop problems, each person is contributing to the situation regardless of who is the "good guy" or "bad guy". I help each person figure out what he or she is doing that is perpetuating the problems and help them develop a healthier and more effective approach.
Whether I see someone individually or as a couple, I help them find satisfaction and fulfillment in their relationships. Both individuals need to be safe and free to get their own wants and needs respected, while being respectful to the wants and needs of their partners.
