Very unsatisfactory...can I give a "no star" rating?
How about no communication from Mike Gerson. In our community, we receive NO financial statements, NO board meeting minutes, and he will not return correspondence, or return a phone call.

Very professional
I have used Gerson Realty for the past 5 years. Excellent communication skills from office staff. They won't nickle and dime and charge small fees like most mgmt companies do. They charge a slightly higher management fee but there are no...
