Love the place! My family has been going there for more than 40 years. I got my ears pierced there as a child and last year my daughter did as well. They are knowledgeable, honest and friendly; that is why they are so popular.

I brought my diamond there because a friend told me that they don't take it out of your sight. The place is unbelievable. Everything is done in front of you, my diamond never left my sight and they explained everything as they repaired my engagement ring.

The employees are really knowledgeable and really friendly. The place is very busy and sometimes you have to wait a few minutes, but it is definitely worth it. Some of the other customers I talked to said they have been there many times and keep coming back because Gennaro's is honest.
