Watch out for shoddy business practices. New owner will not honor service contract made with prior owner. This is illegal! It is NOT a new company rather a continuation of the same business making them obligated to honor previously made contracts! This is referred to as "successors liability". It is such a shame that people like this refuse to do good business.
