I REALLY LIKE THEM
Been using them for nearly 20 years and have never had a problem. They are reasonably priced, know their craft and are totally honest. They can be trusted in your home and relied upon to return if the problem isn't fixed the first time....

Garner Brothers less than mediocre with customers
Nice guys but they don't follow up promptly and it takes several trips to correctly fix a problem. Also had the same experience with the phone situation, I leave a message and it will be returned a week later or not at all.
