Since their start of business in 1992, <a href="http://www.gabrielas.com/" target="_blank">Gabriela’s Restaurant & Tequila Bar</a> has been a true Upper West Side sensation! Famed restaurateurs Artie Cutler and Gabriela Hernandez are the brains behind the authentic Mexican restaurant, bringing Gabriela’s exquisite cooking to the table. 
The menu for the Mexican restaurant is derived from recipes by Gabriela’s family in Mexico. These beloved dishes are still featured in the restaurant today, and guests craving an authentic Mexican meal can enjoy them with each and every visit. 
Since their opening, Gabriela and her family have retired from the business, leaving Artie’s nephew Nat Milner in charge. Under his ownership the restaurant has expanded and moved to a new location at 93rd and Columbus, bringing Chef Fernando Aquino and General Manager Moises Galarza into the mix. While things have changed, the quality and traditions of Gabriela’s Restaurant and Tequila Bar has remained at their best over the years, and guests can enjoy the same fantastic Mexican cuisine.
