Worse Management Company GRS

This company cares nothing for their tenants, they care only for the money they cash every month. First off, If i could give them less than a 1 star I would. When you call and express your situation or problem to the office staff, its like speaking to a wall. They are incompetent individuals who lack customer services skills and lack common sense. They ignore your concerns, giving childish excuses and lies, when nothing has been done. My tenant had to wait another week to move in just because they couldnt ask a board member to look at her package for approval. Honestly, when I buy another property, I will make sure the management office is competent, they need to hire professionals, not minimum wage illiterate employees who lack a brain and commom sense. It wouldnt hurt to get someone there with some leadership skills also.

The Worst Property Management Company

This company is highly disorganized and they hire very incompetent and nasty people. Simple matters become complicated and nothing gets done. If you want to waste your money and end up in court, then hire them. It is true that no one there will help you. Recently they changed their name to GRS Management, Inc., but they are the same company at the same address with the same owner. It was just a matter of a name change probably to throw off prospective customers.

Be on top of your reuqests.....

Don't call you if anything on the process is going wrong.

Send you back packages with incomplete info. Be carefull with the checks you send....make a copy just in case you have to call your bank to request an stop payment cause they are not very careful with the sensitive items. They lost one of my checks.

You have to guess how the process works and goes.

They should be shut down

This is by far the most neglecting company. Over the past couple of years I have had more problems with this company than I can even fit into this rating. No one returns calls, emails, or letters and when you have a problem no one is willing to help. The only thing that the company is good for is cashing our mmonthly checks. I guarantee that when I decide to purchase another property if GRS is the management company I will look else where. I refuse to ever deal with these people again.
