No Happy Hour
The website says Happy Hour everyday from 3 -5:45. It even has a price list and menu. On Saturday 2/19/11 at 4pm, my wife and I paid $5 to park and walked into FX's and asked for the happy hour menu. The bartender said " We don't have...Worldwide > United States > Seattle, WA > Steakhouses
