Fry's Pharmacy Staffs
Recently, i wanted to transfer my patients' medicines to fry's since i am a fry's store frequent shopper. I have talked to 3 of your staffs, among them is the lady by the name christine. For 3 weeks now, they haven't figured out how to transfer those medicines. I even brought the doctor's written approval to continue those medicines. I gave them the doctor's name, phone number and address.
Everyday i call to follow up the status of my request to transfer but to no avail and 2 days ago, I have talked to a lady by the name Christine and she sounded unapproachable and unconcerned. If she really cares for the good and welfare of the company she works for, she should attend to their customers needs. All she said was, "I need the doctor's prescription.. and the doctor's written approval to continue those medicines are not presciptions. I don't need that". I just said.."ahh...ok...and what is your name, pls?".... She replied, "Christine". That was the end of our conversation...she hang up the phone.
So I finally decided to bring the business back to the previous pharmacy though its a little bit far from my place. This is not my first time to transfer medicines from one pharmacy to another and it didnt take even a week to have it done. Besides, the staff are so polite and attentive. The following day it was well taken cared of. They just simply ask for the doctor's phone number and phone number of the previous pharmacy. They were the ones who called for the doctor's authorization to refill the medications. It was so quick and easy!
I was assuming it would be the same way when I tried to transfer my patients' medicines to you. I was so disappointed and dismayed from my experience to your pharmacy staff.
I think you should have your staff attend a training/seminar for marketing strategy and service excellence ... be more resourceful and attentive to the needs of their customers or else you will lose them rather than gain...
