False advertisement

What a joke. They have a huge sign on the front of the building about the rapid refund and 3 different ways of getting it and the prices. I just called for more information on the process because I'd never done it before, and was told...

Friendly.

This place is so rude. The employees are all in a rush and dont have time for their clients. They were also were not on time for our appointments.
