Clearly They Write Their Own Review

Notice all the good reviews DIRECTLY contradict the bad reviews. Sure looks fishy to me. This "FIVE" rating on these rave reviews helps their average rating. The design of my system is all screwed up. The upstairs NEVER can cool below...
