Four Two's - Do not use
There are so many negatives comments I can make about this car service. I would tell everyone to never, ever use this company,
The cars are disgusting, dirty and have a wretched smell. The driver (and I use that term loosely) was nasty, coughing and hacking the entire ride and commenting about the ethnic other drivers on the road. There are other great car services in Queens and this one is an absolute disgrace. I really wonder how the owners of this car service could employ such a low class of people and have cars that seem to be falling apart on the road.
I could keep going on but I think you get my point. Never use Four Two's car service, period.

Terrible
I used to use them all the time. However I recently had an incident where their driver was physically abusive. If you are a female by yourself be extremely careful.
The drivers lie and the manager lies even more. They are rude, obnoxious and hurtful. I will never in my life take anothe ride in a car from Four Two's
If I could rate it NO stars I definitely would. There are many other cab companies around that you can use.

terrible
I am truly disappointed. I used to rely on four twos until now, and would refer all friends to use them as well. The reason of disappointment is that I had called for a cab for 3 of my girlfriends and was hung up on. Not once but 8 times because I called from the train. As usual we would call a stop ahead so that a bunch of females would not need to wait in the cold/area. When calling to complain they did not seem to care about a loyal customer who was not satisfied. NEVER AGAIN I would use Four Twos I would rather call Kellys cab that is in the same area and I will mention this experience to all of those who use them.

Adequate service in Queens, not great, not horrendous.
Pros = Four Two's gets you where you are going for a reasonable price, so they get the basics done.
They also arrive right on time, every time.
They never left me stranded after a call, which is key, because a few car services in Queens have done that to me. Nothing worse than making a reservation, waiting outside, and nobody comes because they dont have enough drivers or cars or they're too busy. That was never an issue with Four Two's.
Cons = The cabs are shoddy, banged up, and ALWAYS dirty. It's on the disgusting side to get in a car with unknown funk on the seats, smokey smell (from the drivers, passengers or whomever) and greasy smears on the windows, but what can you do. They ain't cleaning them I guess.
Also, I'm generalizing but the drivers are a bit on the shady side. They seem to be hustlers, druggies, degenerates and weirdos, but that aside, I really never had an issue from a personal safety point of view. Just got a odd vibe from them at times, much more so tha

JUST THE BEST
No one can compare to Four Two's. They never leave you stranded. The drivers have always helped me and have been polite. They always take my reservations even if it is a local call. Now I will only use Four Two's !

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Incredibly rude!
I never made it into one of their cabs because the telephone operator was so extremely obnoxious to me when I called!! I do not see how they can be so disrespectful to their customers and still stay in business. I have never experienced anything like this with a cab company before. I would definitely not recommend using them unless you want to be reprimanded on the phone like you are a two year old!!

I left my cell phone in one of their greasy shady cabs and they stole it. Not only that, they yelled at me and hung up on me repeatedly when I called and inquired after the whereabouts of my telephone. They were insulting, unhelpful and straight up rude. Not to mention, dishonest.

Four Two, this is stu, where are you?
Finally, a taxi company that knows where they are going. I am tired of calling cab companies, that have no idea where to go, and look for me to help. Whenever I call, and no matter where I am in Queens, these guys show up in minutes. All of their drives are extremely friendly, and curteous. btw, their prices are great, and are much cheaper than a yellow cab.

when i needed to leave early in the am
I called the night before to order a cab.
The cab was here on time and the driver helped carry my suitcase in the car. He was friendly and helpful and helped unload my stuff also
