Excellent Gym for the Average Joe

I've been a member of the Fitness Factory Gym for almost 4 years.

The gym is a great choice for anyone in the area looking for a great gym. The staff are friendly, they have a decent array of supplements/drinks (a cool drink bar on the first floor as well!). I've never used the personal training service, but I have attended some yoga classes which were very good. On top of yoga, they offer ab workouts, spinning classes, pilates, and others.

They have tons of treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals. They have dumbbells ranging from 5 lbs to 130 lbs (or so, I think), tons of barbells, squat racks, pretty much anything you need for a great workout.

The locker rooms are clean and (the Men's locker room at least) have a small sauna room, but I've never had the need to use it. I see members utilize it often, however.

A bit pricier than the chain gyms (such as Bally), but an excellent atmosphere for those who are serious about being fit. I highly recommend it to all who are looking for

eek stay away

The gym itself aint bad, its got pretty much all the workout equipments u need, on both weight training and cardios. The prb is that the place is just too dang hard to quit, I havent had this much prb quitting since I joined bally fitness. To those who been there I am sure they know, how difficult it is to quit from that place. The place will give u a constant run around, so trust me when I say unless u r staying in the area for a long time skip this one, cuz they will screw u from behind.
p.s Did I mention u need to write them a letter explaining why yur quitting with yur signature?!!!
