CUT INTO MY COCKERS EAR! HORRIBLE SHOP!

i took my dog to fancy pups and when i picked her up....there was blood gushing out in the ear area......the dumb groomer had cut completely into her ear. blood everywhere! the man who owns the shop acted like it was no big...
