Very impressed
I have had a lot of yoga instructors in my time and this place by far impresses me. Each instructor has her own style and Cheryl Andres is great. I love the balance between the physical and the mental disciplines.

Family Yoga offers high quality yoga instruction for the whole family. I started with prenatal classes, then continued through Mom & Baby, and now am in intermediate. They also have children's, beginners, and men's classes as well as periodic workshops. All the instructors are certified and are great teachers. And- I am a former group exercise instructor, so I'm picky about where I go. They are just great.
