Bad bad bad rude rude rude staff STAY AWAY

After reading some good reviews and some bad ones, I decided to give it a try as I live nearby. I decided not to do the laundry here because of the price. I simply went for coffee. The coffee itself is okay but there was absolutely no "thank you" no smile no nothing. They did not mess up my order but the way they treated me, I will never forget. If this place were a trashy donuts place with low prices, I wouldn't probably care. It's hard for me to believe that this place is trying so hard to be a "hip" coffee place without knowing the basic rules. Yum Yum donuts could be way better than this place. STAY AWAY!

Cofee and Internet

I enjoyed doing my laundry at Ez; it is very convenient to be able to leave my clothes as grab a cup of coffee. The coffee is not strong, but it has a good flavor. The coffee shop is clean and the service was good. If you need to use a computer buy a cup of coffee and they will provide you with a password to use the computer to half an hour, if you have a laptop they offer free wireless connection.

Great place, take advantage of the Coffee Happy Hour from 7-9am 25% off

I went to check out this place after having seen a lot of reviews on it. What an awsome concept... I dropped of my clothes for Fluff & Fold and got it back the same day, perfectly folded and wrapped beautifully in blue paper - not the plastic bags you get in some places. Plus the price was very affordable at $0.99/lb compared to what other places charge (anywhere from $1.25 to $1.75/lb. AND they deliver for free. I will definetely let them do my laundry from now on. Dry cleaning is also available. Talk about saving time.

Loved the Cafe and decor. Very friendly staff, great customer service. All of this PLUS great food?! What more do you want? Anyway, I live about 30 minutes away but I will become a regular at this place. :)!!!

Would NOT Recommend

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Go to starbucks or coffee bean and get free internet and AMAZING coffee. this place is way overpriced and the people that work here are very unfriendly and just plain... mean. Don't like it here one bit. They tried to make the place have a "cool" vibe, but it was very dirty and looked very cheap.

RUDE STAFF

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was very disappointed at the Ez cafe. I've never been treated so poorly in my life. (I'm not exaggerating.) I'm always very pleasant and nice when I got to restaurants (I used to work in one!), but the staff here was so rude and uncaring. There were no "Thank you." They messed up my order, and I politely asked them to redo it because THEY had made a mistake (no big deal, it happens) and they gave me attitude. I was flabbergasted. Yeah, they have free wifi, but does every coffee shop in town now a days. The laundry mat was okay. Not the worst I'd seen, but it was really small and they didn't have enough "small" washers for people to use (only like 4 or 5). I was stuck using the bigs ones, which cost me more money... You know, I'd probably would have giving the laundry place another try, but the customer service was so bad, I frankly don't want anything to do with this place. The staffe completely ruined the entire "happy- friendly-cool" concept it is trying to sell to people. Will not be coming back.

Colorful!

I went to study here especially since I saw it featured on Season 4 of Entourage. In the morning there were a few people with orders and one employee who made wait time pretty ridiculous but my oatmeal totally made up for it. The laundry mat is next door I didn't go in but I sat down at the cafe part. A few outlets for laptops (free wireless) and a several available computers with free internet access. The food is really good the place is a bit small though. Parking for once is NOT a hassle.

actually a fun place...

Our washing machine broke down a few weeks ago and while waiting for the repair, I went to this laundromat. I didn't have any problems with the machines which are easy to use. I wasn't even bored!!! I met a few interesting people there waiting for their landry and we had a cafe next door. The crowd is pretty mix so you can always find someone cool!

Great laundry mat

for a laundromat, this place is awesome. it's a busy place. but, not too crowded. there is a cafe right there. internet access which is nice while waiting. nice people to chat with. the machines are very easy to figure out and the driers are the same way. one of the nicest laundrymats i've ever been to.

great laundromat

I love this place... The machines are efficient and new. It is a bit crowded but the vibe is really friendly and the cafe beside it is a fun place to wait for your laundry. The cafe has food, coffee, sandwiches, desserts and there is internet access on some computers on the side. The wash prices seem pretty standard and the dryers work really fast.
