REALLY bad!

I took a beaded vintage sweater here for cleaning and repair 3 weeks ago. When I picked it up four days later, the lining had not been repaired, despite the $30 I paid to that effect. I brought it back the next day and was told they would call me when it was done. Another week and a half went by without a phone call, so I went back to pick it up. It was "repaired" this time, but badly. I could have done a better job myself and saved the dough. Poor quality work and zero customer service. F.

No longer the best I've found

One of the things I love about these ratings is the ability to change your mind. This place has gone consistently downhill in the past few weeks. They have lost shirts, made mistakes with billing and just seem to lack professionalism overall.
