not what you expect, going downhill
I moved out this year and I found out that my neighbor across the street is a killer and he is in jail now, he killed a girl. He used to bring girls at night to his apt and yell and curse under my window but management would do nothing about it. I also heard gun shots couple of times. This place is not as it used to be before. I had some friends in neighborhood and we tried to complaint about this guy for months and management wouldn't do anything about it. Cars getting broken into, poor and bad isolation (you literally hear EVERYTHING from your next door neighbor). Management (Lisa and Nicole), will charge you a lot of $$$ once you move out, so watch out. Whatever you paid in deposit you will never get it back. It is so overpriced but it is going downhill and all my friends are moving out from this complex. Plus your water bill will be at least $70-80 a month (you pay for sewer etc) and it is so hot on the second and third floor in summer and very cold in winter that your electric bill will be at least $300-500 a month. save yourself a headache pain and get apt across the street.
