HORRIBLE! DO NOT MOVE HERE
Living in this complex was one thing (one very unpleasant thing), but after I moved out they charged me $1100 to CLEAN a 616 sq ft apartment. The people that work there are trashy, rude, and ignorant (not to mention the whole criminal factor). NEVER move here! If you do, take pictures when you move out and have someone walk through the apartment with you and hand you a piece of paper saying that it was in acceptable condition. This is a perfect example of what is wrong with the world today, greedy people with no respect for other individuals.

essington sucks
These are the reasons this place SUCKS... 1)no one in the office cares about your problems at all. the reason for this is because there are always workers being hired/leaving. if you expect something to get done, you have to repeatedly call the office because they NEVER call you back! 2)the crime in this area is horrible! i was woken up several times in the middle of the night by gunshots in the parking lot. 2 of my neighbors were shot and placed in critical condition 3)neighbors are always having loud, violent arguments. 4)the people in the office are LIARS!! they are only concerned about getting all your money 5)the hallways always smell like weed and have vomit in them because they are rarely cleaned 6)they do not return your deposit even though they tell you it will be returned upon move-out Simply put, I did not enjoy one second of living here. I even feared for my safety. No one in the office is competent and the rooms suck!!! I would not wish this place upon my worst enemy! DO N
