Excellent Place, Been Coming Here for more than 10 years

Poor Service

I had a POOR experience with Epic today and will never go back. It took way to long to do an oil change and when I asked about it taking to long they were very rude and I feel like they were talking bad about me in Chinese.

I had been a loyal customer of this place for 3 yrs. Not because there's anything special about it, but because it's right next door to me. I've never complained about it even I've never seen a dime of discount from them for been there...
