This golf shop is really UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE!!!!!!!!!!
My friend called this proshop on wednesday and ask about iron set DAIWA on-off set for women is available and how much it the set price, whoever worked on wednesday he told to my friend that set is available in stock and price is $1300.My friend told him we are going to buy this friday bet 7-8 from mahattan.
So as we planned we went there, not only I buy this golf sets also my friends are interested in buying driver as well. as soon as we got there we asked sales people about daiwa sets and they told us "are you guys the one ordered 3sests of daiwa on-off sets " but we weren't as soon as they heard that we are not, they weren't friendly and my friend asked that set price was $1300 confirmed by phone but they were firmly said we have been selling $1350 never sold as that price$1300 how ever we found price posting said $1300 displayed in wall. so we pointed that out that sign again they took for the sign that sign was old and that was last month promotion.
we asked can you honor that price because someone told us on the phone $1300 and posting said still $1300. again they said NO!!!!I know it is only $50 difference but I wouldn't spend money in this Edgewater golf shop at all and I wouldn't support this shop at all!!!I also run retail stores, I do price match for my customers if we made unclear price or mistakes.
