We have had a very regrettable experience with Dynamo Constructors. We employed them to build a new home on a vacant lot. Right from the very beginning we went into to conflict over the contract. We had a Fixed Price contract but Mr Lachner treated it as a \"Cost Plus\". Excessive spending started right away. The workmanship was also a problem as it seemed one mistake after another was made thus costing more to fix which fed the financial problems. I would never recommend them to anyone. We are currently going into legal battle over his eroneous idea of what a Change Order is. We rate him as uneducated, difficult and not someone anyone should hire.
