Dylan’s Barber Shop is overpriced, does not treat their customers well and cuts awful hair. I went to Dylan’s because I thought it would be a good idea to support my local Barber shop since I just moved into Cleveland in the warehouse district. When I walked into the Barber shop I was not greeted just stared at for not being a regular. While getting my haircut which by the way took an entire hour my barber was just talking to everyone else and did not once make me feel welcomed. When finished with my haircut I said “The price is $10 right”. Then the barber answered and I thought he said $12. Then everyone in the barber shop was laughing at me. It was completely humiliating. The Haircut was $20 which on their website it says Tuesdays is $10 haircut day. Not only was I lied too and humiliated it also took too long and the Hair cut looked awful. To put it simply this place is sucks
