I purchased a C-pac thru them in late 2013. Had no problem at that time except for the mask not fitting properly. They were no help with the mask problem(bad sign). Then, they started billing us for the part the insurance did not pay. That was okay because I knew I owed it. This went on until September 2014. At that time I was told that we had already paid the amount that the insurance would not pay. Then, I received more invoices billing us for more money. They now told me that I had not paid for the remaining amount after insurance. They(Jen & Lisa) were very rude and "curt" over the phone. They told me that no-one there had told me in August that my balance was "zero" and that I had met my after insurance amount due. It seems that the "right hand doesn't know what the left hand" is doing over there. I'm not sure whether or not I really owe the additional billing. I suggest that if you are in need of medical equipment that you use someone else. Also, make sure that you get everything in writing "up front" from whomever you use.

Poor service
We have a hospital bed from them, it's a pile of junk. They have been here so many times to fix it, but it is broke! Did not offer to change it or any thing! Now my poor mom who is bed ridden cannot sit up in her bed to eat or watch tv or...Worldwide > United States > Baytown, TX > Lawn & Garden Equipment
